BayWa takes responsibility
The responsible treatment of people and natural resources is firmly anchored in BayWa AG's corporate activities and self-concept. Economic success is only possible in the long term if we address new business opportunities and risks in the context of sustainability at an early stage and, at the same time, take responsibility for the social and ecological impact of our actions. BayWa is actively shaping the transformation to a sustainable society by acting transparently and developing as well as implementing strategies, goals, and measures for key sustainability issues.

BayWa publishes an annual sustainability report that provides transparent information on the significant risks, opportunities, and impacts of its business activities in the areas of the environment, social affairs, and corporate governance. The report describes strategies and specific measures for mitigating risks, exploiting opportunities, and promoting positive impacts. It also documents the progress made by the company during the fiscal year.
