Responsibility for our employees

BayWa is an international employer with around 25,000 employees. The company's roots in cooperatives and regional ties continue to shape the way it sees itself. BayWa places particular emphasis on the topics of diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as training and personnel development, in its human resources work.
The company also takes responsibility beyond its core business and is involved in the BayWa Foundation. The projects promote knowledge about healthy nutrition and renewable energies – and support self-help on an international level.
